Will you spoil who the authors in each box are?

No. We disclose the featured author but the other two remaining authors and titles are kept as reader surprises. We’d also like to point out that the featured author is not always the most known or bestselling author of the book crate for that particular month.

When will my BOX be shipped?

All box orders ship the first 2 weeks of each month.

When will my MERCH be shipped?
All individual orders outside of the book crate pre-orders ship within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. This applies to book bundles, overstock, and book crate merchandise.
What are the pre-order cut off dates?
The cut off date is the 14th of each month. For example, if you’d like the March box, you must place your order between January 15th – February 14th. If you’d like the July box, you must place your order between May 15th – June 14th.
Do you ship internationally?
Yep! We do. Please note, All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We charge a flat $20USD on International orders at checkout.
If I missed the pre-order cut off, can I have my order date changed to get the previous months box?
No. Unfortunately that would defeat the purpose of having a pre-order window and with respect to those who did pre-order on time, we are unable to modify order dates.
Can I cancel my subscription?
We’d be sorry to see you go. But yes, so long as you cancel before the next subscription payment is charged, you can cancel with zero issue.
Can I return my box?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Can I request a refund on my box if it has not shipped yet?
Refunds are only offered if requested within 24hrs of placing your order.
Will I get tracking information?
All book crate shipments receive tracking via our automated system to the email you placed your order with.
Loss and Damages
All boxes shipped are insured by our carrier. If you have tracked shipping and your book crate has been marked as delivered yet you have not received your crate, you will need to file a claim with USPS or UPS via their website depending on which provider was responsible for your shipment. In the event that your book crate has not been delivered due to an incorrect address/insufficient information, we will not issue a refund or provide a replacement crate. We can only ship based on the information provided. If your box was not delivered for another reason, contact us and we will review your claim and make a decision based on the information provided.
If your box arrives damaged and/or items are missing, you have up to 7 days to notify us and begin a claim from the date the shipment is marked as delivered. You are required to provide photographic evidence and any claims submitted after 7 days will not qualify for replacement or refund. We review damages and missing items on a case by case basis and in some instances require the item needing to be replaced to be sent back to us prior to a replacement being sent (this is done at our cost and shipping labels will be provided)
